Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome of stage I after stroke.Methods:A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training while the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of pain and edema in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of upper limb motor function were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is effective in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome of stage I after stroke.
