Objective:To observe the curative effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of vertigo after lacunar cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 160 cases were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group were treated with aspirin while the study group were treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes and dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The anterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity(ACA)and basilar artery blood flow velocity(BA)were faster than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of vertigo symptoms was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction has a good effect on vertigo after lacunar cerebral infarction,which could accelerate brain blood circulation and relieve clinical symptoms,with safety.
