Objective:To observe the curative effect of Warming Yang and Invigorating Spleen Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach asthenia.Methods:Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with western medicine while the study group were treated with Warming Yang and Invigorating Spleen Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the adverse reactions were less than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Warming Yang and Invigorating Spleen Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach astheia,with few adverse reactions.
