Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupotomy dissolution combined with traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:Eighty-two cases were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and experimental group(42 cases).Both groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine collapse stains,and the experimental group were treated with acupotomy dissolution in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and that of the experimental group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy dissolution combined with Chinese medicine soakage is effective in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
