Objective:To observe the curative effect of Guchong Tiaozhou Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal menstrual disorders of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.Methods:Eighty-four cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with Guchong Tiaozhou Decoction while the control group were treated with estradiol valerate.Results:After treatment,the score of irregular menstruation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.01).The level of E2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.01).The levels of FSH and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01).The ratio of FSH to LH in the observation group was controlled within 1.6,and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Guchong Tiaozhou Decoction is effective in treating perimenopausal menstrual disorders of liver and kidney yin deficiency type.
