Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of chronic spleen deficiency diarrhea.Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with montmorillonite powder while the observation group was treated with modified Shenling Baizhu powder.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the daily stool frequency and visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the Bristol stool trait classification was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of loss of appetite,fatigue,and abdominal fullness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of modified Shenling Baizhu Powder is better in the treatment of chronic diarrhea of spleen deficiency type.
