Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and Supplemented Danggui Sini Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 126 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,63 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Supplemented Danggui Sini Decoction,and the study group were treated with acupuncture in addition.Results:The total effective rate,knee function(LKS)score,knee joint activity,CD3+and CD4+levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the TCM syndrome score,knee pain index(VAS)score,procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)levels were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and Supplemented Danggui Sini Decoction have good effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
