Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation combined with Tonifying Qi and Dredging Collaterals Decoction on the recovery of cerebral infarction.Methods:Ninety-two cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,46 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Tonifying Qi and Dredging Collaterals Decoction,and the study group were treated with acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the BI score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 20 days of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and NIHSS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After 20 days of treatment,Vd and Vm in the study group were larger than those in the control group,and PI was smaller than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After 20 days of treatment,the levels of serum NO and VEGF in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of ET-1 was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After 20 days of treatment,the levels of serum BDNF,NGF and Bcl-2 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of Bax was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture for restoring consciousness and inducing resuscitation combined with Tonifying Qi and Dredging Collaterals Decoction can improve the curative effectin the treatment of cerebral infarction recovery period.
