Objective:To observe the effect of Yanjing Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of male asthenospermia with kidney essence deficiency.Methods:A total of 122 cases were randomly divided into two groups,61 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Weishen Zinc Capsules while the study group were treated with Yanjing Zhuyu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores of TCM in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,PR and PR+NP in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of testosterone in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were lower than those before treatment.The level of testosterone in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yanjing Zhuyu Decoction is effective in the treatment of male asthenospermia with kidney essence deficiency.
