Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shenfu Qiangxin Pills in adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:Ninety-two cases were divided into two groups.Forty-five cases in the control group were treated with western medicine while forty-seven cases in the observation group were treated with Shenfu Qiangxin Pills and western medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,ET-1 and inflammatory factors hs-CRP and TNF-α in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Shenfu Qiangxin Pills is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
