Objective:To observe the effect of interventional thrombolysis combined with Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:Ninety-six cases were divided into two groups,51 cases in the experimental group were treated with interventional thrombolysis and Chinese medicine, and 45 cases in the control group were treated with interventional thrombolysis. Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased, and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the Barhtel index score of the two groups increased, and the score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Interventional thrombolysis and Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction has good curative effect and safety.
