Objective:To observe the curative effect of tonifying qi,activating blood circulation,resolving phlegm and inducing resuscitation method in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Seventy-two cases were divided into two groups.The control group were treated with western medicine while the observation group were treated with western medicine and Chinese medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score and NIHSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying qi,activating blood circulation,resolving phlegm and inducing resuscitation method could improve the curative effect and safety in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
