Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bushen Yanjing Decoction in the treatment of asthenospermia with kidney yang deficiency.Methods:Ninety cases were randomly divided into the observation group(46 cases)and the control group(44 cases).Both groups were given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Yanjing Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the semen level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yanjing Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of asthenospermia with kidney-yang deficiency.
