Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiefei Dingchuan Decoction in adjuvant treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:Eighty-two cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with budesonide suspension inhalation and terbutaline atomization.The observation group were treated with Xiefei Dingchuan Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).TCM syndrome score,SAA,CRP and PCT levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and FVC,FEV1 and FEV1%in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Xiefei Dingchuan Decoction is effective in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD.
