Objective:To observe the effect of Qinlian Zhixie Decoction combined with Saccharomyces boulardii powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Saccharomyces boulardii powder,and the study group were treated with Qinlian Zhixie Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-17 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IgG,IgA and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).The improvement time of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,diarrhea and abnormal stool in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Qinlian Zhixie Decoction combined with Saccharomyces boulardii powder could improve the curative effect in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.
