Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.Methods:Eighty-four cases were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with clomiphene citrate,and the study group were treated with Tiaojing Cuyun Pills in addition.Results:The total effective rate and pregnancy rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms in the study group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of E2,FSH and LH in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tiaojing Cuyun Pills combined with clomiphene citrate is effective and safe in the treatment of anovulatory infertility.
