Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:Eighty-one cases were divided into two groups.Forty cases in the control group were treated with joint mobilization while forty-one cases in the experimental group were treated with acupuncture combined with joint mobilization.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Mallet scale scores of the two groups decreased,and that of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of adhesive scapulohumeral periarthritis could improve the curative effect,with safety.
