Objective:To observe the clinical effect of tendon plucking method in the treatment of spastic torticollis.Methods:Thirty-three cases were treated with tendon plucking method.Results:The tendon plucking method could reduce the Tsui score,HAMA score and the average electromyography(AEMG)of sternocleidomastoid muscle and trapezius muscle,and increase the power frequency(MPF)of sternocleidomastoid muscle and trapezius muscle.The difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 84.8%.There was no significant difference in Tsui score,HAMA score and sEMG parameters between 2 months after treatment and 2 months after follow-up(P≥0.05).Conclusion:The effect of tendon plucking method in the treatment of spastic torticollis is better.
