Objective:To observe the curative effect of Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with acupuncture while the control group were treated with acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),JOA score and VAS score were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Haitongpi Decoction fumigation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis type of lumbar disc herniation is superior to that of single use of acupuncture.
