Objective:To observe the effect of Sanhuang Paishi Decoction in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with tamsulosin while the study group were treated with Sanhuang Paishi Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),pain index(VAS)score and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanhuang Paishi Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of renal calculi.
