Objective:To observe the effect of modified Juzhijiang Decoction combined with Xiongbi Xintong Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 162 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 81 cases in the Xiongbi Xintong Decoction group and 81 cases in modified combination group.The Xiongbi Xintong Decoction group were treated with Xiongbi Xintong Decoction while the modified combination group were treated with modified Juzhijiang Decoction combined with Xiongbi Xintong Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the modified combination group was higher than that of the Xiongbi Xintong Decoction group(P<0.05).The levels of LVEDD,LVESD,whole blood reduction viscosity,high shear reduction viscosity and low shear reduction viscosity in modified combination group were lower than those in Xiongbi Xintong Decoction group,while the level of LEVF was higher than that in Xiongbi Xintong Decoction group(P<0.05).The number of angina pectoris per week in the modified combined group was less than that in Xiongbi Xintong Decoction group and the duration was shorter than that in Xiongbi Xintong Decoction group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Juzhijiang Decoction combined with Xiongbi Xintong Decoction is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
