Objective:To observe the effect of modified Liver-soothing and Kidney-tonifying Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with kidney yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 120 cases were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupoint moxibustion,and the study group were combined with modified Liver-soothing and Kidney-tonifying Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),Kupperma score and Menopause Rating Scale(MRS)score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Liver-soothing and Kidney-tonifying Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion is effective in the treatment of menopausal syndrome with kidney-yang deficiency.
