Objective:To observe the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of delayed diarrhea after irinotecan chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty-six cases were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction while the control group were treated with Bifidobacterium Triple Viable Capsules.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of immune index,TCM syndrome and quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin Decoction could improve the symptoms of delayed diarrhea after chemotherapy,improve the quality of life and immune function of patients.
