Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of femoral head necrosis(ONFH).Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with surgery,and routine treatment was given after operation.The observation group were treated with three-stage syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in addition.Results:The superior rate of hip joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Harris score of hip joint in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the visual analogue score(VAS),imaging score and hemorheology index were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of three-stage syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ONFH is better.
