Objective:To observe the effect of auricular point sticking combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods:Ninety-six cases were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 48 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with conventional methods and auricular point sticking, and the experimental group were combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 30 days of intervention, the hearing threshold levels at 250 Hz,500 Hz and 1000 Hz in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 30 days of intervention, the whole blood high shear viscosity, middle shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and Hct in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point sticking combined with hyperbaric oxygen could improve the efficacy and safety in the treatment of sudden deafness.
