Objective:To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Huoluo Xiaoling Pills with acupoint application combined with prospective nursing intervention in the treatment of constipation after thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:A total of 150 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine nursing,while the treatment group were treated with modified Huoluo Xiaoling Pills with acupoint application on the basis of routine nursing.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.The pain mediators(SP,PGE2)and inflammatory factors(IL-1β,TNF-α,IL-8)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huoluo Xiaoling Pills with acupoint application combined with prospective nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of constipation after thoracolumbar fracture.
