Objective:To observe the curative effect of the old ten-needle acupuncture combined with umbilical therapy in the treatment of postprandial discomfort syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency type.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with mosapride citrate tablets,and the treatment group were treated with old ten-needle acupuncture combined with umbilical application therapy.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the postprandial fullness discomfort,early satiety score,TCM syndrome total score and SAS score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the improvement of each index in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of barium gastric emptying in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The old ten-needle acupuncture combined with umbilical application therapy is effective in the treatment of postprandial distress syndrome with spleen-stomach asthenia type.
