Objective:To observe the curative effect of consciousness-restoring resuscitation acupuncture combined with tongue pressure resistance feedback training on dysphagia after stroke.Methods:Eighty-eight cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional swallowing rehabilitation training and the observation group were treated with consciousness-restoring resuscitation acupuncture combined with tongue pressure resistance feedback training.Results:After treatment,the quality of life SWAL-QOL scores of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Consciousness-restoring resuscitation acupuncture combined with tongue pressure resistance feedback training could improve the curative effect of dysphagia after stroke.
