参苓白术散加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床研究

摘要
目的:观察参苓白术散加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效.方法:82例随机分为对照组和观察组各41例.对照组用匹维溴铵片,观察组用参苓白术散加减治疗.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗后中医症状评分、血浆血管活性肠肽(VIP)、生长抑素(SS)水平观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应.结论:参苓白术散加减治疗腹泻型IBS疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods:Eighty-two cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group were treated with pinaverium bromide tablets while the observation group were treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom score,plasma vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and somatostatin(SS)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu Powder is effective in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant IBS.
