生化汤配合穴位按摩治疗产后恶露不绝临床观察

摘要
目的:观察生化汤配合穴位按摩治疗产后恶露不绝的疗效.方法:88例随机分为对照组和研究组各44例,对照组用西药治疗,研究组用生化汤配合穴位按摩治疗.结果:治疗后两组恶露量较治疗前减少,且研究组少于对照组(P＜0.05).两组恶露停止时间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).中医证候各项评分研究组低于对照组(P＜0.05).总有效率研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应.结论:生化汤配合穴位按摩治疗产后恶露不绝疗效较好,且安全.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of postpartum lochia.Methods:Eighty-eight cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,44 cases in each group.The control group were treated with western medicine while the study group were treated with Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis combined with acupoint massage.Results:After treatment,the amount of lochia in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and that in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in lochia stopping time between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Decoction for Puerperal Blood Stasis combined with acupoint massage is effective and safe in the treatment of postpartum lochia.
