针刺配合通脉活血汤治疗无先兆性偏头痛临床观察

摘要
目的:观察针刺肌筋膜触发点(MTrPs)配合通脉活血汤治疗无先兆性偏头痛的效果.方法:50例随机分为对照组和研究组各25例.两组均予以通脉活血汤,研究组加用针刺MTrPs.结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组症状积分、ET水平、NO水平及MSQ评分均降低,5-HT水平均升高,且研究组改善更显著(P＜0.05).两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:针刺配合通脉活血汤治疗无先兆性偏头痛更有效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture at myofascial trigger points(MTrPs)combined with Tongmai Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of migraine without aura.Methods:Fifty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Tongmai Huoxue Decoction,and the study group were treated with acupuncture MTrPs in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score,ET level,NO level and MSQ score of the two groups decreased,and the 5-HT level increased,and the improvement of the study group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Tongmai Huoxue Decoction is more effective in the treatment of migraine without aura.
