Objective:To observe the curative effect of Guizhi Decoction combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:A total of 180 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 90 cases in each group.The control group were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets while the study group was treated with Guizhi Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of dry mouth,thirst,irritability,itching,edema-like plaques,skin damage and dry stool in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,IgE,IL-31 and IL-33 in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Decoction combined with Xiaochaihu Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
