摘要
目的:观察中药内外合治肛门坠胀的疗效.方法:90例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用中药熏洗剂熏洗坐浴及口服补中益气丸,对照组用温水熏洗坐浴及口服补中益气丸.结果:治疗后两组症状评分均降低(P＜0.05)且治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.05),总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗后3个月总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:中药熏洗剂及补中益气丸治疗肛门坠胀效果较好,且复发率低.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine internal and external treatment of anal bulge.Methods:Ninety cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated with Chinese herbal fumigation and washing sitz bath and oral Buzhong Yiqi Pills while the control group were treated with warm water fumigation and washing sitz bath and oral Buzhong Yiqi Pills.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.05)and those of the treatment group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group at the time point of 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal fumigation lotion and Buzhong Yiqi Pills have good effect in the treatment of anal bulge,with low recurrence rate.
