益气清热降浊汤辅治慢性肾脏疾病临床观察

摘要
目的:观察益气清热降浊汤辅治慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)的效果.方法:108例用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各54例.两组均用西医常规治疗,观察组加用益气清热降浊汤.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组24h UTP、Scr及BUN水平低于对照组(P＜0.05),中医证候积分低于对照组(P＜0.05),SOD水平高于对照组而MDA水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:益气清热降浊汤辅治更有利改善肾功能及中医症状.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Tonifying Qi,Clearing Heat and Lowering Turbidity Decoction in adjuvant treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:A total of 108 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 54 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were treated with Tonifying Qi,Clearing Heat and Lowering Turbidity Decoction in addtition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 24 h UTP,Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of SOD was higher than that in the control group and the level of MDA was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying Qi,Clearing Heat and Lowering Turbidity Decoction is more beneficial to improve renal function and TCM symptoms.
