针刺及加减丹栀逍遥散辅治多囊卵巢综合征高雄激素血症临床观察

摘要
目的:观察针刺及加减丹栀逍遥散辅治多囊卵巢综合征(Polycysti covary Syndrome,PCOS)高雄激素血症的疗效.方法:60例随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,治疗组加用针刺及加减丹栀逍遥散.结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组血清T水平均降低,治疗组比对照组更低(P＜0.05).结论:针刺及中药辅治PCOS高雄激素血症可提高疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in adjuvant treatment of hyperandrogenism of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture and modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum T levels of the two groups decreased,and those of the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and Chinese herbs could improve the curative effect of PCOS hyperandrogenism.
