摘要
目的:观察四逆汤加减辅治冠心病心绞痛寒凝心脉型的疗效.方法:76例采用随机数字表法分为A组和B组各38例.两组均给予心绞痛常规西药加丹红注射液治疗,B组加用四逆汤加减治疗.结果:B组总有效率高于A组(P＜0.05).治疗后B组心绞痛发作及持续时间短于A组而TG、TC、LDL-C均低于A组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组SAQ评分、HDL-C均升高(P＜0.05),B组高于A组(P＜0.05).结论:四逆汤加减辅治冠心病心绞痛寒凝心脉型可提高疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Sini Decoction in adjuvant treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with cold congealing heart vessel type.Methods:Seventy-six cases were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine combined with Danhong Injection for angina pectoris,and group B were treated with modified Sini Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the attack and duration of angina pectoris in group B were shorter than those in group A,while TG,TC and LDL-C were lower than those in group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAQ score and HDL-C increased in both groups(P<0.05),and those in group B were higher than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sini Decoction could improve the curative effect in adjuvant treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with cold congealing heart vessel type.
