血府逐瘀汤辅治冠心病稳定性心绞痛气滞血瘀型临床研究

摘要
目的:观察血府逐瘀汤辅治冠心病稳定性心绞痛(SAP)气滞血瘀型的效果.方法:100例分为两组,两组均用西药治疗,治疗组加用血府逐瘀汤治疗.结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组心绞痛症状积分、心电图结果、硝酸甘油停减率及血脂水平均改善,心绞痛症状积分、心电图结果、血脂水平治疗组改善更显著(P＜0.05).结论:血府逐瘀汤辅治冠心病稳定性心绞痛气滞血瘀型可提高疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Blood House Stasis-Expelling Decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris(SAP)of coronary heart disease(CHD)with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 100 cases were divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the treatment group were treated with Blood House Stasis-Expelling Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of angina pectoris symptoms,electrocardiogram results,nitroglycerin withdrawal rate and blood lipid levels in the two groups were improved,and the scores of angina pectoris symptoms,electrocardiogram results and blood lipid levels in the treatment group were improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood House Stasis-Expelling Decoction could improve the curative effect of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis.
