补肝肾活血汤联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症临床观察

摘要
目的:观察补肝肾活血汤联合孕三烯酮治疗子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMS)的疗效.方法:81例分为两组,对照组40例用孕三烯酮治疗,观察组41例用补肝肾活血汤及孕三烯酮治疗.结果:观察组总有效率比对照组高(P＜0.05).两组中医证候积分均下降,且观察组比对照组低(P＜0.05).两组MCP-1、TGF-α和VEGF水平均降低,且观察组比对照组低(P＜0.05).两组不良发应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:补肝肾活血汤及孕三烯酮治疗EMS疗效更好,且安全.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Tonifying Liver and Kidney and Activating Blood Decoction combined with gestrinone in the treatment of endometriosis(EMS).Methods:Eighty-one cases were divided into two groups.Forty cases in the control group treated with gestrinone while forty-one cases in the observation group were treated with Tonifying Liver and Kidney and Activating Blood Decoction and gestrinone.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of MCP-1,TGF-α and VEGF in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tonifying Liver and Kidney and Activating Blood Decoction and gestrinone are more effective and safe in the treatment of EMS.
