苓桂术甘汤加味联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常临床观察

摘要
目的:观察苓桂术甘汤加味联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效.方法:54例随机分为对照组和观察组各27例.两组均予以美托洛尔治疗,观察组加用苓桂术甘汤加味治疗.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组心率、LVEDD均下降而LVEF均上升(P＜0.05),且观察组心率、LVEDD低于对照组而LVEF高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组室性早搏、房性早搏及房室交界性早搏的发病次数均下降(P＜0.05),且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:苓桂术甘汤加味联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病心律失常效果较好,且安全.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Linggui Zhugan Decoction with additional integrants combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia.Methods:Fifty-four cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 27 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with metoprolol,and the observation group were treated with Linggui Zhugan Decoction with additional integrants in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate and LVEDD of the two groups decreased while LVEF increased(P<0.05),and the heart rate and LVEDD of the observation group were lower than those of the control group while LVEF was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of ventricular premature beats,atrial premature beats and atrioventricular junctional premature beats in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Linggui Zhugan Decoction with additional integrants combined with metoprolol tartrate is effective and safe in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia.
