Objective:To observe the effect of modified Huayu Xiaoyi Decoction combined with leuprorelin acetate microspheres in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:A total of 120 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups were injected with leuprorelin acetate microspheres and the observation group were treated with modified Huayu Xiaoyi Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.227,P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hormone level index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(χ2=4.216,P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.821,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(χ2=4.183,P<0.05).Conclusion:Huayu Xiaoyi Decoction combined with leuprorelin acetate microspheres is effective in the treatment of endometriosis.
