Objective:To observe the curative effect of Wuzi Yanzong Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy with liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with basic western medicine,and the observation group were treated with Wuzi Yanzong Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,urine indexes,renal function indexes,renal artery hemodynamics indexes and TNF-α,Fetuin-A and MCP-1 indexes were improved in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wuzi Yanzong Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of T2DN with liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome could improve the clinical efficacy,with safety.
