麻杏化瘀汤配合推拿辅治小儿肺炎热饮阻肺证临床观察

摘要
目的:观察麻杏化瘀汤配合推拿辅治小儿肺炎热饮阻肺证的疗效.方法:106例随机分为两组各53例,两组均用常规西药治疗,观察组联合麻杏化瘀汤及推拿治疗.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组中医主症、次症评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:麻杏化瘀汤配合推拿辅治小儿肺炎可提高临床疗效,且安全.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Maxing Huayu Decoction combined with massage in the treatment of infantile pneumonia with heat-yin obstructing lung syndrome.Methods:A total of 106 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 53 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group were treated with Maxing Huayu Decoction and massage.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of main and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maxing Huayu Decoction combined with massage in the treatment of infantile pneumonia could improve the clinical efficacy,with safety.
