Objective:To observe the effect of sacral four-needle acupuncture combined with biofeedback in the treatment of stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given biofeedback therapy,and the study group were treated with sacral four-needle acupuncture in addition.Results:After treatment,the pelvic floor surface electromyography values of the two groups increased,and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of urinary incontinence in the 1h pad test decreased in both groups,and that of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ICI-Q-SF scale scores of the two groups decreased,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sacral four-needle acupuncture combined with biofeedback is effective in the treatment of SUI.
