Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Compound Baixianpi(Cortex Dictamni)Lotion in the treatment of anal eczema.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into Baixianpi group and Qumixin Cream(Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate and Miconazole Nitrate and Neomycin Sulfate Cream)group,with 30 cases in each group.The Qumixin cream group were treated with Qumixin cream while the Baixianpi group were treated with Compound Baixianpi Lotion.Results:The total effective rate of Baixianpi group was higher than that of Qumixin group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and the level of C-reactive protein(CRP)in the Baixianpi group were lower than those in the Qumixin group(P<0.05).After 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of eczema area were lower than those in the Qumixin group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Baixianpi Lotion is effective and safe in the treatment of anal eczema.
