Objective:To observe the efficacy of modified Yueju Pill in the treatment of semen non-liquefaction with phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Seventy-two patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 patients in each group.The control group received oral Vitamin C tablets,while the treatment group received modified Yueju Pill.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed a decrease in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores after treatment,with the treatment group demonstrating a lower score than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had higher sperm progressive motility and sperm survival rates compared to the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of sperm density,sperm morphology,semen liquefaction time,and seminal plasma PSA levels(P>0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion:Modified Yueju Pill has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of semen non-liquefaction with phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome.
