Objective:To observe the effectiveness of small needle-knife combined with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups received small needle-knife treatment,and the study group were additionally treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.Results:After treatment,the VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The KOA activity level and Lysholm score in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-10,and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of small needle-knife and Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is effective in treating KOA.
