Objective:To observe the efficacy of Baofukang Suppository in the treatment of high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods:Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into two groups with a double-blind method, with 43 patients in each group. The experimental group received external treatment with Baofukang Suppository, while the control group received external treatment with α-2b Interferon Suppository. Results:The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD3+and CD4+were higher, while the level of CD8+was lower in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the pH value of vaginal secretions and Nugent score were lower in the experimental group than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the experimental group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baofukang Suppository is effective and safe in the treatment of high-risk HPV infection.
