摘要
目的:观察凉血清肺散治疗玫瑰痤疮肺经血热型的疗效.方法:60例按随机数字表法分为两组各30例.对照组用多西环素治疗,观察组用凉血清肺散治疗.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组临床症状评分、DLQI评分和血清TLR2、LL-37水平均低于对照组(P＜0.05).不良反应发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:凉血清肺散治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效较好,不良反应较少.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Liangxue Qingfei Powder in the treatment of rosacea with the syndrome of blood heat in the lung meridian.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group,using the random number table method.The control group were treated with doxycycline,while the observation group were treated with Liangxue Qingfei Powder.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed lower scores in clinical symptoms,Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI),and serum levels of Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)and cathelicidin LL-37 compared to the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Liangxue Qingfei Powder has good efficacy in the treatment of rosacea,with few adverse reactions.
