摘要
目的:观察三黄膏联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗特应性皮炎(AD)的效果.方法:100例随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,两组均口服盐酸左西替利嗪,对照组加用丁酸氢化可的松涂抹,观察组加用三黄膏外敷.结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组皮损面积、严重程度、瘙痒和睡眠得分及总评分、IgE、IL-2、TNF-α、IL-17水平均下降,且观察组均低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组皮脂含量、角质层含水量均增加,且观察组多于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:三黄膏联合盐酸左西替利嗪治疗AD疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Sanhuang Ointment combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of atopic dermatitis(AD).Methods:A total of 100 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.Both groups received oral levocetirizine hydrochloride.The control group additionally applied hydrocortisone butyrate topically,while the observation group received Sanhuang Ointment for external application.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups showed a decrease in lesion area,severity,pruritus and sleep scores,as well as overall scores and the levels of IgE,IL-2,TNF-α and IL-17.The observation group exhibited lower levels compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,there was an increase in sebum content and stratum corneum hydration in both groups,with the observation group showing higher levels than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Sanhuang Ointment and levocetirizine hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of AD.
