Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xifeng Dingtong Jieyu Decoction combined with Shujing Anshen acupuncture in the adjuvant treatment of migraine with anxiety and depression.Methods:Ninety patients were randomly divided into a study group and a conventional group,with 45 patients in each group.Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group additionally received Xifeng Dingtong Jieyu Decoction combined with Shujing Anshen acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the study group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency of migraine attacks was lower,the duration was shorter,and the VAS scores were lower in the study group compared to the conventional group,with statistically significant differences observed between the two groups(P<0.05).The HAMA and HAMD scores were lower in the study group than the conventional group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xifeng Dingtong Jieyu Decoction and Shujing Anshen acupuncture could improve therapeutic effect in adjuvant treatment of migraine with anxiety and depression.
